A Rose By Any Other Name, Would it Smell as Sweet?

Anyway, since I am proven to not possess the subtle craft of comedy and am now making all the appropriate vows to give up writing forever and all time (or until the next inspiration strikes, whichever comes sooner), perhaps you would like to see my red rose completed?
This one has proven easier than the white rose, but it’s almost finished as well. And I started a third painting of yellow-and-orange roses. Are we sensing a pattern here?
